Overview
--------
NBA97Trans allows you to transfer the player data between various
NBA Live 97 Files. You can transfer data from an NBA Live 97 MS-DOS
File to an NBA Live 97 Windows 95 File and vice versa.
This is very useful if you're using both versions, since you can
now update only one file and then transfer the changed data to the
other file.
You can also transfer player data between NBA Live 97 Roster Files.
This is very useful if you create a new player (this data is stored
in the Roster Files) and don't want to create him again in another
Roster File.

You may distribute NBA97Trans freely, but all files inside the
package must remain unchanged and may not be tampered with.
You can also distribute NBATRANS.EXE with your programs, as long
as the original files remain unchanged and credit is given where
credit is due.

You can always find the latest version at my NBA Live 97 Web Page
at this URL:

Usage
-----
To transfer data from one NBA Live 97 File to another, simply type:

   NBATRANS ReadFile WriteFile [FirstPlayerNum] [LastPlayerNum]

where - ReadFile is the file you want to read the data from
      - WriteFile is the file you want to write the data to
      - FirstPlayerNum is the player to start reading data from
      - LastPlayerNum is the player to stop reading data from

Notes: 1) FirstPlayerNum and LastPlayerNum are optional, if you don't
specify them, all data is transferred
       2) Player Numbers range from 0 to 452 in the Executable
File and from 453 to 552 in the Roster File
       3) When transferring data between Roster Files, only the
actual player data is transferred, the Roster Order
          will remain unchanged

Examples: 1) If you have made changes to the NBA Live 97 MS-DOS
Executable File and want to have them in the NBA Live
97 Windows 95 Executable File as well, simply type:

                NBATRANS NBA97.EXE NBAWIN.EXE

          2) If you have created a new player in one of your NBA
Live 97 Roster Files (let's assume it's called
ROSTER.001) and want this player to be in another
             Roster File (let's say it's called ROSTER.002),
             simply type:

                NBATRANS ROSTER.001 ROSTER.002

          3) If someone gave you a patched NBA Live 97 Executable
File (let's say it's called 96-97.EXE) and you want to
have the Player with the Overall ID 43 featured in there
to be in your own NBA Live 97 Executable File (let's
assume it's called 92-93.EXE), simply type:

                NBATRANS 96-97.EXE 92-93.EXE 43

          4) If someone gave you a patched NBA Live 97 Executable
File (let's say it's called 96-97.EXE) and you want to
have the first ten players featured in there to be in
your own NBA Live 97 Executable File (let's assume it's
             called 90-91.EXE), simply type:

                NBATRANS 96-97.EXE 90-91.EXE 0 9
